How can I make payment or give tips?
You can pay the chauffeur upon drop-off; no advance payment is required. Tipping is optional, based on your satisfaction.
How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation?
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Do you charge for luggage?
No, there are no extra charges for baggage.
Will the shuttle take me directly to my terminal or hotel?
Yes, we offer private A–B transfers. You will be dropped off at the destination stated in your reservation. Any changes can be informed to the chauffeur.
Are there any extra charges for late-night or early-morning pickups?
Yes, a €15 additional fee applies for pickups between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Are the passengers insured?
Yes, all passengers are fully insured.
